Euvenia Kindley Hill

Euvenia Kindley Hill, 97, of Asheboro, died Saturday, December 19, 2020, at Woodland Hill Center in Asheboro. There will be a graveside service at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 22, 2020, at Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery, with Dr. Jody Harrison and Rev. Claudie Harrison officiating. The service will be livestreamed on https://www.facebook.com/RidgeFuneralHome. Euvenia was born on April 23, 1923, in Randolph Co., to the late Cicero Kindley and Celia Pierce Kindley. She enjoyed gardening, her flowers, cooking, and sharing with others. She loved her family and enjoyed spending time with her grandkids, great grandkids. In addition to her parents, Euvenia is preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Gilbert Hill; sons, Robert Lee Hill, Roy Hill; and granddaughter, Denise Hill. She is survived by her daughter, Amelia Ann Hill of Asheboro, Charlene Jarrell of Randleman; daughter-in-law, Elaine Hill of Asheboro; sisters, Olean Procter of High Point, Ann Harkey of Archdale; seven grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; 11 great-great grandchildren. The body of Mrs. Hill will lie in state from 1:00 until 4:00 p.m. Monday, December 21, 2020, at Ridge Funeral Home.
