Emma Sue Voncannon

Emma Sue Cole Voncannon, 75, of Asheboro, died Sunday, December 12, 2021 at her residence. Graveside services will be conducted 2:00 p.m., Thursday, December 16, 2021, at Oaklawn Cemetery, Asheboro with Rev. Alex Shelton officiating. Mrs. Voncannon was born September 5, 1946, in Randolph Co., NC, the daughter of the late Roy and Hazel Lemonds Cole. She worked as an accountant and was a member of West Bend United Methodist Church. She is survived by her husband, Alvin Voncannon of the home, and daughter Kristin V. Edmonds of Asheboro. Memorials may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
