Eddie Mclain

Eddie Larue McLain, 53, of Asheboro, NC, died Wednesday, May 8, 2019 at his residence. Memorial services will be conducted 4:00 p.m. Saturday, May 11, 2019, at Ridge Funeral Home Chapel, Asheboro, with Pastor Stephen Saunders of Simply Our Saviors Ministry officiating. A native of Muscogee Co., GA, Mr. McLain was born March 9, 1966, the son of the late John McLain and Wanda Beane Rich. He had graduated from Asheboro High School and had worked for Prestige Fabricators for the past 13 years. Eddie was a big fan of wrestling, basketball, NASCAR, and other outdoor sports. In addition to his parents, Mr. McLain was preceded in death by his brothers, James Thomas Henson, Jr., and Philip Andrew Henson, Sr. Mr. McLain is survived by his sisters, Tina Greene of Asheboro, and Cheryl Batchelor of Martinez, GA. The family will receive friends following the service at the funeral home.
