Dwayne Kearns

Mr. Tony Dwayne Kearns, 45, of Asheboro, NC, died Sunday, February 10, 2013, at The Randolph Hospice House. A funeral service is scheduled for 2:00 pm Thursday, February 14, 2013, at Hopewell Friends Meeting with Pastor Barry Whitaker officiating. Burial will follow in the meeting cemetery. A native of Randolph County, NC, Mr. Kearns was born March 14, 1967. Mr. Kearns attended Southwestern Randolph High School and worked for Performance Group in Lexington. He enjoyed boating at the lake and spending time with his son. Mr. Kearns is survived by his son, Tommy Dwayne Kearns, of the home; parents, Betty and David Kearns, of Asheboro, NC; brother, David Kearns and wife, Lori, of Asheboro, NC; along with several aunts, uncles, and cousins. The family will receive friends from 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm Wednesday, February 13, 2013, at Ridge Funeral Home and other times at the home of Robert and Tina Mishoe, 1809 Callicutt Henley Road, Asheboro, NC.
