Dennis Ralph Singleton

Dennis Ralph Singleton, 58, of Seagrove, died Saturday, March 21, 2015 at the Randolph Hospice House in Asheboro. A funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, March 26, 2015, in the Ridge Funeral Home Chapel in Asheboro, with Rev. Thurman Williams and Rev. Lois Johnson officiating. Burial will follow at Huldah Baptist Church Cemetery in Asheboro. Mr. Singleton was born in Randolph County, NC, on July 11, 1956. He was employed with United Furniture Industries as a long distance truck driver. He was a member of a singing group called the Light House Ministries. He was preceded in death by his mother, Sarah Edna Maness Singleton; brother, Danny Singleton; and sister, Brenda Singleton. Surviving are his wife, Grace H. Singleton, of the home; son, Zachary Singleton; stepsons, Vestal Hughes, Hurley Hughes, both of the home; father and stepmother, Wade and Stella Singleton, of Asheboro; sister, Linda Chriscoe and husband, Leonard, of Asheboro; and stepbrother, John Robbins, of Asheboro. The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., Thursday, March 26, 2015 at Ridge Funeral Home in Asheboro and other times at the home of his sister, Linda Chriscoe, 3483 New Hope Church Road Lot #23, Asheboro.
