Deanna Cox Spivey-Hall

Deanna Cox Spivey-Hall, of Asheboro, died Sunday, November 22, 2015 at Moses H. Cone Memorial Hospital in Greensboro. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, November 28, 2015 at Ridge Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jon Shook and Rev. Chad Marley officiating. Burial will follow at Randolph Memorial Park. A native of Randolph County, NC, Ms. Spivey-Hall was the daughter of the late William Lee Cox and Mary Lee Graves Cox Pierce. She had worked as a secretary at AVS for 10 years and later at the Appliance Service Center. Deanna was a devoted Christian, who loved God, her family and animals. Survivors include her sons, Keith Spivey and wife, Tammy, of Tucson, AZ, and Brian Spivey, of Asheboro;, sister, Susan Cox Nance and husband, Steve, of Franklinville; grandchildren, Jacob Ryan Spivey and Megan Nicole Spivey, both of Tucson, AZ. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Friday, November 27, 2015 at Ridge Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to Randolph County SPCA, 300 W. Bailey St., Asheboro, NC 27203.
