Cynthia Peters

Cynthia Marie Richardson Peters, 51, of Randleman, died Wednesday, November 15, 2017 at her home. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, November 18, 2017 at Ridge Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Ed Arroyo officiating. Cynthia was born November 5, 1966 in Butler County, PA. She worked as a LPN. She was a avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan and a NC State fan. Cynthia's love for her family and friends knew no end. She enjoyed spending time at the beach, especially N. Topsail Beach. She also loved being in nature surrounded by wildflowers, butterflies and red-tailed hawks, just a few of her favorite things. Cynthia was very strong willed, charismatic and caring, she would gladly give you the shirt off her back. She was preceded in death by brother, Steven Charles Richardson. Survivors include her son, Caleb Ryan Johnson of High Point; stepson, Travis Johnson of High Point; stepdaughter, Tiffany Wright of Clyde; parents, Brian and Carolyn Richardson of Raleigh; brother, B.R. Richardson of Raleigh; half sister, Catherine Brown; and one granddaughter, Adalynn Marie Johnson. The family will receive friends from 12:30 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. Saturday at Ridge Funeral Home, prior to the service. The family request memorials be given to the family to start a college fund for her granddaughter, Adalynn Marie Johnson.
