Clinton F. Knapp

Mr. Clinton Franklin Knapp, 66, of Asheboro, NC, died Thursday, September 8, 2011, at his residence. A funeral service is scheduled for 10:00 am Wednesday, September 14, 2011, at Hodges Funeral Home, located at 11441 U.S. Hwy 301, Dade City, Florida 33525. Burial will follow at William Cemetery in Dade City. A native of Dade City, FL, Mr. Knapp was born April 9, 1945. He was the son of the late Clinton Alderman Knapp and Martha-Ann Roberts Knapp. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brother, Daniel Knapp, and sister, Margaret Swart. Mr. Knapp is survived by his wife, Janet Knapp; daughter, Michelle Knapp-Suarez, and husband Paul Suarez, grandchildren, Seth Knapp and Dean Suarez; brother, Robert Knapp, sisters, Wanda Herrmann, Gail Forester, and Marsha Few; half-sister, Jenny Carriveau. The family will receive friends from 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm Tuesday, September 13, 2011, at Hodges Funeral Home
