Claudette Tucker Loggains

Mrs. Claudette Tucker Loggains, 65, of Asheboro, NC, died Friday, March 30, 2012, at Moses H. Cone Memorial Hospital. A graveside service is scheduled for 2:00 pm Tuesday, April 3, 2012, at Tucker Family Cemetery with Pastor Brian Faircloth officiating. A native of Randolph County, NC, Mrs. Loggains was born January 3, 1947. She was the daughter of the late Claude Astor Tucker and Mabel Christine Horne Tucker. She retired from Harris Teeter. She was a loving wife, mom, and Maw Maw. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Loggains was preceded in death by her sisters, Rachel Mills, Sue Thompson, Carolyn Elliott, and her brother, Tommy Tucker. Mrs. Loggains is survived by her husband of 46 years, Bill Loggains, of the home; sons, Ken Loggains and wife, Amy, of Asheboro, Kevin Loggains and wife, Karen, of Asheboro; sister, Becky McMasters, of Ramseur; grandchildren, Tanner Loggains and Luke Loggains. The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm Monday, April 2, 2012, at Ridge Funeral Home and other times at the home.
