Chuck O'Connor

Charles Alan "Chuck" O'Connor, 56, of Asheboro, NC, died Saturday, February 7, 2015 at Randolph Hospital in Asheboro. Graveside services will be conducted 12:00 p.m. Thursday, February 12, 2015, at Oaklawn Cemetery, Asheboro. Mr. O'Connor was born August 10, 1958, and raised in Randolph County. He was an avid UNC, NASCAR and music fan. He was a loving father and "Pop-Pop." Mr. O'Connor was preceded in death by his father, Al O'Connor, and his grandparents, Colon and Etta Bunting and Charlie and Kate O'Connor. Mr. O'Connor is survived by his daughter, LoryBeth Morgan, of Asheboro; mother, Jane O'Connor; grandchildren, AnnLee, Elizabeth, Masyn; several aunts, uncles and cousins. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, February 11, 2015, at Ridge Funeral Home, Asheboro, NC. A special thank you to everyone who cared for him.
