Charlotte Moore Key

Mrs. Charlotte Moore Key, 84, of Asheboro, NC, died Monday, February 3, 2014, at The Randolph Hospice House. A memorial service is scheduled for 11:00 am Thursday, February 6, 2014, at Ridge Funeral Home Chapel with Charles T. Reeder officiating. A native of Randolph County, NC, Mrs. Key was born January 16, 1930. She was the daughter of the late Charlie Odell Moore and Annie Moore. Mrs. Key worked at Mr. Jeans and Acme-McCrary Corp. She was a member of the Gold Wing Road Riders Association of Asheboro. Mrs. Key was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Mrs. Key is survived by her husband, Willie Key, of the home; daughters, Betty Staley and husband, Ron, of Liberty, NC, Linda Staley, of Bear Creek, NC; son, Jimmy Key and wife, Freda, of Asheboro, NC; grandchildren, Amy Jordan, Brandi Baisley, Jeremy Key, Brad Key; and great grandchildren, Kayle Jordan, Rebecca Jordan, Natalie Baisley, Ace Baisley, and Kaitlyn Key. The family will receive friends following the memorial service and other times at the home.
