Charli Lynn Welch

Charli Lynn Welch, of Asheboro, passed away Wednesday, September 3, 2025, at UNC Medical Center in Chapel Hill.

A private graveside will be held at Oaklawn Cemetery with Pastor Jam Patterson officiating.

Charli was preceded in death by her paternal great grandparents, Steve Welch, Donald and Margie Asbill; maternal great grandparents, Bruce and Nancy Blackley, Billy and Lorene Grissom; and paternal great uncle, Todd Asbill.

Charli is survived by her parents, Chas Welch and Kristen Holcomb; twin sister, Channing Lynn James Welch; brother, Blake Holcomb; paternal grandparents, Chuck and Toni Welch of Asheboro; maternal grandparents, Bonnie and Jimmy Blackley of Black Mountain; great grandmother, Brenda Welch of Asheboro; uncles, Cameron Welch and wife Georgina of Charlotte, NC, Caden Welch of Asheboro; and aunt, Megan Blackley (Will Gamble) of Swannanoah, NC.
