Charles Hail Hurley

Mr. Charles Hail Hurley, Sr., 65, of Denton, NC, died Monday, April 7, 2014. A graveside service is scheduled for 2:00 pm Saturday, April 12, 2014, at Flag Springs United Methodist Church Cemetery with Rev. John Marlow officiating. A native of Montgomery County, NC, Mr. Hurley was born June 19, 1948. He was the son of the late Harvey Wilson Hurley and Myrtle Elizabeth Woodell Hurley. Mr. Hurley is survived by daughter, Patricia Hurley, and husband, Joseph Jelliff, of Trinity, NC; sons, Charles Hurley, Jr. and wife, Christina, of Lexington, NC, Sherman Hurley, and wife, Kandi, of Randleman, NC; sisters, Cora Bean, of Asheboro, NC, Shirley Brady, of Gibsonville, NC, Helen Brady, of Elon, NC, Diane Wolford, of Elon, NC, Betty Locklear, of Trinity, NC; brothers, Worth Hurley, of Seagrove, NC, Vernon Hurley, of Asheboro, NC, John Hurley, of Whittsett, NC; grandchildren, Katie Ann Hurley, Britney Hurley, Samantha Dickens, Jodi Morris, Kristin Hurley, Dustin Hurley, Angel Hurley. The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm Friday, April 11, 2014, at Ridge Funeral Home and other times at the home of his son, Sherman Hurley.
