Mrs. Charlene Nancy Martin Gavin, 86, of Asheboro, NC, formerly of Springfield, MA, died Tuesday, March 13, 2012, at Sandy Ridge Assisted Living in Candor. A funeral service is scheduled for 2:00 pm Saturday, March 17, 2012, at Holy Grove Deliverance Church of God in Eagle Springs with Bishop Ricky Smith officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm Saturday, March 17, 2012, at Holy Grove Deliverance Church of God. At other times, the family will be at the home of the sister, Inez Cole.
