Casey Nolan Cox

Casey Nolan Cox, 24, of Asheboro, NC, died Thursday, December 16, 2010, at his residence. A funeral service is scheduled for 11:00 am Monday, December 20, 2010, at Ridge Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Ed Arroyo officiating. Burial will follow at Huldah Baptist Church Cemetery in Asheboro. A native of Randolph County, NC, Mr. Cox was born July 9, 1986. He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Nolan Worth Cox and Samuel Carlyle Browne. He loved the outdoors, especially hunting and fishing. He had a big heart for little kids and he enjoyed spending time with his friends. Surviving are his parents, Ricky and Joan Cox, of the home; sister, Hannah Elizabeth Cox, of the home; paternal grandmother, Pauline Brim Cox, of Asheboro; and maternal grandmother, Dot Browne, of Asheboro; and several aunts, uncles and cousins. The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm Sunday, December 19, 2010, at Ridge Funeral Home and other times at the home.
