Carlene Ladare Lambert

Mrs. Carlene Ladare Cooper Lambert, 68, of Asheboro, NC, died Wednesday, April 9, 2014, at The Randolph Hospice House. The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm Friday, April 11, 2014, at Ridge Funeral Home. A native of Randolph County, Mrs. Lambert was born October 16, 1945. She was the daughter of the late Martin Ervin Cooper and Lola Pearl Dunning Cooper. She was a loving mother and grandmother, much loved by her family and friends. She retired from Jockey International after 20 plus years. Mrs. Lambert was preceded in death by brothers, Gilbert Cooper, Charles Cooper and Maxton Rogers, and sisters, Arletta Hughes and Onita Haynes. Mrs. Lambert is survived by her husband of 46 years, Lindsey Arthur Lambert, of the home; son, Lindsey Alan Lambert, of Randleman, NC; daughter, Andrea Lambert, of Asheboro, NC; brothers, Richard Cooper and wife, Pat, of Asheboro, NC, Kenneth Cooper and wife, Phyllis, of McKinleyville, CA; sister, Jacqueline Brown, of Seagrove, NC; grandchildren, Megan Beitzel, Deanna Beitzel and Julie Beitzel.
