Candy Coble

Lillie Ann "Candy" Coble, 58, of Asheboro, NC, died Friday, January 23 at Randolph Hospital in Asheboro. Funeral services will be held 3:00 p.m., Monday, January 26, 2015, at the Ridge Funeral Home Chapel, Asheboro, NC. Officiating will be Rev. John Bryant and Gary Mason. Burial will follow in Neighbors Grove Wesleyan Church Cemetery, Asheboro, NC. A native of Hampton, VA, Mrs. Coble was born November 15, 1956, the daughter of the late Carroll and Beulah Mae Varner Roberson. She had worked for 27 years in daycare. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Coble was preceded in death by her son, Travis Coble. Survivors include her husband, Larry Coble, of the home; daughters, Monta Spurio and husband, Richard, of Ft. Walton Beach, FL, Tina Pentedemos and husband, Mike, of Randleman, NC; sisters, Pamela Roberson Chestnut and John Reese, of Hampton, VA, Carolyn Roberson Creason and husband, David, of Asheboro, NC; grandchildren, Sean Spurio, Julian Pentedemos, Jake Pentedemos, Justin Pentedemos, Travis "Little Man" Coble; stepmother, Rachel Roberson, of Asheboro, NC; step-brother, Kenneth Varner, of Asheboro, NC; six nieces, four nephews, one great niece and four great nephews. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Sunday, January 25, 2015, at Ridge Funeral Home, Asheboro, NC, and other times at the home.
