He was the son of the late Albert Rankin Beane and Clara Ester Hurley Beane. He was retired from Burlington Industries, was a member of Union Grove Baptist Church and attended Balfour Baptist Church. Daddy sacrificed many things for all of us. He did the very best he could for us with his time and money. We never really wanted for anything. We love Daddy. His one true love, after mama, was flying. Daddy was so proud of that. Daddy never met a stranger! He really seemed to like everybody. He gave more away many times more than he got. He spent as much time outside in the woods as he could. After mama died, he really wanted to go back to the country. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Jewel Beane, and brothers, Arthur Beane and Lacy Beane. Mr. Beane was a World War II US Navy veteran. The family would like to extend a special thanks to the staff and doctors or Randolph Hospital for their excellent care. Mr. Beane is survived by his daughters, Carolyn Hall and husband, Cecil, Linda Comer and husband, Richard, all of Asheboro, NC; son, Charles Beane and fiancée, Peggy Chandler, of Emerald Isle, NC; sister, Vivian VonCannon, of Archdale, NC; brother, Fred Beane, of Seagrove, NC; sisters-in-law, Ruby Beane, Gladys Beane, both of Seagrove, NC, grandchildren, Karen Powell and husband, Brent, Aaron Beane and wife, Andrea, Lucas Beane, Brian Foland and wife, Misty; great grandchild, Kayleigh Foland.
