Boyd Brady

Mr. John Boyd Brady, 71, of Asheboro, NC, died Tuesday, July 3, 2012, at Randolph Hospital. A private memorial service will be held at a later date. A native of Randolph County, NC, Mr. Brady was born July 14, 1940. He was the son of the late John Tate Brady and Essie Viola Cranford Brady. He retired from Deep River Dye, was very generous, loved going to church, visiting the elderly, and loved his grandchildren and great grandchildren more than anything. Mr. Brady served in the US Army. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Mickey Brady, Rickey Brady, and Dennis Keith Brady. Mr. Brady is survived by daughter, Susan Brady, of Asheboro, NC; sons, John "J.W."� Brady, of Asheboro, NC, Franklin Brady, and wife, Sandra, of Asheboro, NC; sister, Barbara Gail Brady, of Asheboro, NC; brothers, James "Jimmy"� Brady, of Asheboro, NC, Thomas "Doodle"� Brady, of Lakeland, FL; grandchildren, Robert Gaarn, of Asheboro, NC, Christy Welborn, of Asheboro, NC, Bo Meeks, of Asheboro, NC, Winter Gaarn, of Asheboro, NC, Patrick Gaddis, of Bear Creek, NC; great grandchildren, Kennedie Ryan Welborn, Lennox Reese Welborn; and numerous nieces and nephews.
