Bobby Williams

Mr. Robert Lacy "Bobby" Williams, Jr., 57, of Asheboro, NC, died Thursday, October 2, 2014, at Randolph Hospital. A funeral service is scheduled for 2:30 pm Saturday, October 4, 2014, at Balfour Baptist Church, where he was a member, with Rev. Kenneth Reaves officiating. Burial will follow at Randolph Memorial Park in Asheboro. A native of Robeson County, NC, Mr. Williams was born May 27, 1957. He was the son of Pauline Marie Phillips Williams and the late Robert Lacy Williams, Sr. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by sister, Gwen Bost. Mr. Williams, in addition to his mother, is survived by his sisters, Carol Taylor, of Asheboro, NC, Donna Brown, of Seagrove, NC, and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 1:30 pm - 2:15 pm Saturday, October 4, 2014, at Balfour Baptist Church.
