Betty Lamb

Betty Fox Lamb, 94, of Asheboro, died Wednesday, November 2, 2016 at FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital in Pinehurst. Born February 16, 1922 in Alamance County, Mrs. Lamb was the daughter of the late Henry and Nora Fox. She was a longtime member of Balfour Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jim Lamb. Mrs. Lamb is survived by her daughter, Leslie Rhodes and husband, Jim of Burlington; sons, John David Lamb, Richard Joseph Lamb and wife, Lucy, all of Asheboro;six grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
