Ashlee Denette Martin, 31, of Lexington, passed away Saturday, June 8, 2024, at her home.


A private service will be held.


Ashlee was born on October 8, 1992, in Asheboro, NC. She attended Central Davidson High School, was a member of the volleyball team and played bass clarinet in band. Ashlee also enjoyed taking dance classes and competing through KCDC Dance studio as a teenager.

She had worked at Golden Corral in Lexington and was currently employed at Biscuit King in Lexington NC.


Ashlee liked to put a smile on your face with her unique one liners. Known for her warm and caring personality, she had a heart of gold, was a hard worker, always ready to lend a helping hand. She loved animals, crafting, baking, diamond art projects, spending time with her family and kids. Her kindness and compassion touched the lives of many and will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.


Ashlee was preceded in death by her grandparents, J.E. Creed, Bonnie Creed, Leona Ingram, and Patricia Martin.


She is survived by her children, Zander, Paige, Easton; mother, Cindy Hunt and husband Kevin of Denton; father, Bearnard Martin, Jr. (Gina) of Lexington; step-mother, Meshell Liette; sisters, Madison Martin of Raleigh, Nichole Martin of Greensboro; brothers, Chase Hunt of Los Angeles, CA; Tyler Liette of Burlington, NC; grandfather, Bearnard L. Martin, Sr. of Randleman; step-grandfather, Walter Ingram of Denton.


Ashlee’s memory will forever be cherished by her, family, friends and colleagues.


In our hearts, she lives on and will forever, and she is safe in the arms of Jesus.
