Ardeth Jacqueline Ratliff

Ardeth Jacqueline Ratliff was born August 31, 1938 to Avanelle and Stallard Stevens in Logan, West Virginia. Her family moved to Floyd County, Kentucky where she graduated from Betsy Layne High School and then married Bert Ratliff in 1956. She lived in Ivel, Kentucky for many years while she raised a family, kept a home, and achieved a Bachelors degree from Morehead State University. She moved to Lexington, Kentucky in 1999 and on July 17, she was baptized into the Jehovah's Witness Congregation. Jackie moved to Ramseur, North Carolina in May of 2009 where she lived until the Lord called her home on October 1, 2010. She will be sorely missed by her family and friends. Jackie lived life to the fullest, was dedicated to her family and to the Lord. She was preceded in death by her son, Stallard Ratliff. She is survived by her children, Jeffery Dean Ratliff, Burt Edward Ratliff, Alisa Michelle Briggs, Curtis Lee Ratliff, 14 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
