Annie L. Dunn

Mrs. Annie Lou McGee Dunn, 63, of Asheboro, NC, died Saturday, December 22, 2012, at The Randolph Hospice House. A funeral service is scheduled for 2:00 pm Thursday, December 27, 2012, at New Center Christian Church with Pastor Jonathan Burris officiating. Burial will follow at Callicutt Chapel Wesleyan Mission Cemetery. A native of Stokes County, NC, Mrs. Dunn was born May 19, 1949. She was the daughter of the late Clarence Oscar McGee and Mary Lou Michaels McGee. She worked at Stedman Manufacturing for 26 years and then worked at Klaussner Furniture. Mrs. Dunn was a member of New Center Christian Church in Seagrove. She enjoyed fishing and spending time with her grandchildren. Mrs. Dunn is survived by her husband, Donald F. Dunn, of the home; daughter, Tina Dunn Gross and husband, Rodney, of Asheboro; sons, Timmy Lee Dunn and Laura Jewel Singleton, of Asheboro, son, Donald "DJ" Dunn and Cindy Renee Haste, of Seagrove; sisters, Bonnie King, of Winston Salem, NC, Mary Britt, of Siler City, NC; brothers, Russell McGee, Wayne McGee, both of Asheboro, NC, grandchildren, Ashley Dunn, Zackary Dunn and Dakota Dunn. The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm Wednesday, December 26, 2012, at Ridge Funeral Home and other times at the home of Donald "D.J."� Dunn, Fork Creek Mill Road, Seagrove, NC.
