Anne Morrison

Mrs. Margaret Anne Abrams Morrison, 89, of Asheboro, died Saturday, April 28, 2018 at Woodland Hill Center in Asheboro. The family will receive friends from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., Thursday, May 3, 2018, at Ridge Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Asheboro. Born December 5, 1928 in Andrews, SC, Mrs. Morrison was the daughter of the late Robert and Carrie Abrams. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, David Thomas Morrison; son, Jody Morrison; three brothers, Bob, Joe and Eddie; and two sisters, Mary and Martha. Survivors include her son, Scott Morrison of Asheboro; grandchildren, Heather Fritts (Brian) of Georgia, Christopher Morrison of Boston, MA, David Morrison of Asheboro; and great-grandsons, John Fritts and Luke Fritts, both of Georgia. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Glad Tidings Baptist Church, 2539 Old State Hwy 49, Asheboro, NC 27205.
