Amanda 'Mandy' Finegan

Amanda "Mandy" Chaise Finegan, 44, of Greensboro, passed away Saturday, November 16, 2019 at her home. There will be a gathering for family and friends on Wednesday, November 27, 2019, from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. at The Exchange in Asheboro, with a celebration of life starting at 7:30 p.m. Mandy was born on October 6, 1975 in Guilford County, NC. She graduated from Southwestern Randolph High School in 1993, and attended both ASU and ECU. She was a loving and adoring mother to her fur babies and a friend to everyone that she met. She was preceded in death by her father, Howard Finnegan Jr. Mandy is survived by her mother, Joanie Spivey of Asheboro; sister, Patricia "Trissi" Finegan Hunter and her husband Scott of Asheboro; aunt, Arlene Horn of Lexington; uncles, Joel Spivey of Jamestown, Danny Glenn of Greensboro, Ronnie Glenn of Florida; and many beloved cousins, including Lori Burton of Virginia, Hannah Beal of Greensboro; and partner, Pallie Nardali of Greensboro. The family requests in lieu of flowers, donations to be made to a local animal shelter or by adopting a special needs or senior pet in need of a good home, in memory of Mandy.
