Alesia Dunn Lambeth

Alesia Jewell Dunn Lambeth, 65, of Lexington, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Thursday, July 9, 2026, at her home.

A funeral service will be conducted 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, July 21, 2026, at Sawyersville Wesleyan Church, 157 Sawyersville Road, Asheboro with Rev. Darrell Rabon, Rev. Bryan Rush, and Rev. Tim Carter officiating. Burial will follow at Randolph Memorial Park.

Alesia was born on November 13, 1960, in Randolph County. She was the proud matriarch of her family. Not a moment was spent without her caring for her family in some way most importantly with her presence. She never missed a basketball game, baseball game or a cow show. She took every opportunity she could to go camping or to the beach with her family. Even though she worked 3rd shift she always found a way to make it work even without sleep. She was as strong and straightforward as she was thoughtful and caring. You could always depend on Alesia to stand up for her family and friends. She loved NASCAR racing, the Atlanta Braves and the Carolina Tar Heels, but most importantly she loved her family and especially cared for her grandchildren.

Alesia was preceded in death by her father Joe Ray Dunn, who she missed everyday.

Alesia is survived by her husband of 47 years, Joe Don Lambeth; daughter, Ashley Isley (Justin); son, Joshua Lambeth; her mother Jewell Miller Dunn who she never went a day without; and grandchildren, Wade Isley and Abigail Isley.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m., Monday, July 20, 2026, at Ridge Funeral Home and other times at the home.
