Michael W. Mccoy

Michael Wayne McCoy, 65, of Asheboro, died Wednesday, March 9, 2016 at Moses H. Cone Memorial Hospital in Greensboro. Memorial services will conducted at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, March 19, 2016, at Spring Road Church of Christ with Minister Clay Brown officiating. Born August 27, 1950 in Wood County, WV, Mr. McCoy was the son of the late Harry and Bonna McCoy. He was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather. Mr. McCoy was active in his church, he enjoyed golf, singing and spending time with his family. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Tom McCoy; and his sister, Mary Fox. Mr. McCoy is survived by his wife, Sharon McCoy of the home; daughters, Janelle Willison and husband, Mark of Sunbury, OH, Amy Nulter and husband, David of Sunbury, OH, Brooke Christopher and husband, Jaime of Delaware, OH; sisters, Sue Jones of Indiana, Ann McCoy of Rolesville, NC; brothers, Harry McCoy, II, of Utah, Paul McCoy of St. Louis, MO;, and grandchildren, Cassidy, Corbin, Chelsie, Steven, Parker, Johnny, Presley, Addisen, and Roman.
